Step 1)	Contact Ranger Outfitters phone (607) 346-3685 or Fill Out the On-Line Information Request Once Ranger Outfitters is contacted, a guide will complete an interview worksheet which will determine you interests, food preferences, and your desired adventure.
Step 2)	Reserve your adventure date by placing a 50% down payment (Cancellations must be 2 weeks prior to your adventure date in order to receive 100% refund)
Step 3)	Ranger Outfitters will create a customized itinerary and meal plan based on your preferences and information that you gave during the interview.
Step 4)	Ranger Outfitters will mail you: A Tentative Itinerary Meal Plan Liability Waiver Form Medical Information Form Directions to the Trail Head
Step 5)	2 weeks prior to your scheduled adventure the remaining 50% cost of your adventure is due.
