Policies
 Return Policy

Ranger Outfitters believes that customer satisfaction is a key factor in our success.  If you are not satisfied and/or the product does not fit, you may either exchange it for a different product or size or we can give you a refund.

Special Considerations apply for the following:

Approval

All returns must be approved by calling Ranger Outfitters at (607) 346-3685 within 7 days of
receipt of merchandise.  You should contact us as soon as possible concerning a return.  We
like to take care of our customers in a timely manner.  Any returned Items must be returned to
Ranger Outfitters within 30 days of original purchase date in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Clothing

Clothing may be returned as long as they have not been worn, washed,soiled or foul oder.  Clothing
also must not show any signs animal dander, hair or animal order.


Boots

Boots may be returned as long as they have not been worn outside and not polished.  They
must not show any signs of wear or dirt and also be in the condition they left the manufacture
in.

If defective workmanship, the boots must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.

BlackHawk Industries Warranty
BlackHawk and HydraStorm products are guaranteed against manufacturing
defects for as long as you own them. That's for the rest of your life! HellStorm
Tactical Gloves and Accessories and HydraStorm reservoirs carry a full One Year
Warranty.

Warranty registration cards come with BlackHawk and Hydrastorm Products.  This
card must be filled out and mailed to BlackHawk Industries to activate their
warranty.  You can also fill out an online registration card at the below link.

Embroidered Items

   Custom Embroidered Items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable items

Shipping Cost

Merchandise that is received by a customer that is damaged or received in error due to a Ranger Outfitters error is refundable.  Shipping cost for merchandise ordered by the customer in error is non-refundable.

Any next day service or express shipping is non-refundable.
